papillon cocktail bar is dedicated to innovating the mixology landscape of Newfoundland and Labrador & we are looking to hire a Senior Creative Mixologist
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Directing the creation & workshopping of complex & intrinsic cocktail recipes as well as guest experiences with a team of creative bartenders.
- Insuring a top quality cocktail experience is met at all times.
- Assisting the GM with daily & weekly tasks.
-Directing a foraging program.
- Directing cocktail photoshoots with a professional photographer on a seasonal basis.
-Organization & cleanliness of prep/BOH area.
