Experience Needed: -Finalize business formation steps in LegalZoom (EIN, operating agreement, state filings) -Maintain digital archives of legal docs, contracts, W9s, receipts -Track business and personal expenses and categorize them for year end taxes -Build Susie’s website end to end in Squarespace -Must have Shopify experience for potential client projects -Source and install selected template (Paloma / Nyack) -Upload finalized brand copy -Select and curate stock photography matching brand aesthetic -Build all pages: Home, About, Services, Case Studies, Contact -Integrate Calendly or booking system for discovery calls -Connect domain and ensure mobile optimization -Deliver a clean, elevated, editorial website that is launch ready -Own the branding process (self executed or managed through designer) -Create 2 to 5 initial logo directions (wordmark based, modern, minimal) -Build brand mini style kit including font pairings, color palette, spacing and usage guidelines, and file formats (.png, .svg, .eps, .jpg) -Create insert cards for beauty and wellness brands -Edit product description copy -Format pitch decks and sales sheets -Design web banners and email headers (Canva or basic Figma) -Conduct category and competitor research -Pull assortment and pricing benchmarking -Summarize findings in clean, client ready tables or slides -Apply strong English and critical thinking skills to all research -Understand business lens and execute accordingly -Maintain weekly task dashboard (Asana, Notion, or Sheets) -Track personal and business tasks to completion -Coordinate with external freelancers, vendors, and Shopify specialists -Schedule meetings, send recap notes, and follow up action items -Manage email and administrative tasks as they arise -Join phone calls and send follow up notes when needed Good to have: -Experience with Squarespace and Shopify (light Shopify edits) -Familiarity with SEO, product copy, and site flow -Ability to create logos, insert cards, and basic collateral (Canva, Figma, Photoshop) -Comfort coordinating with developers, warehouses, and vendors -Webflow exposure -Organized project tracking in Google Sheets, Asana, and Notion Non-negotiable Requirements: -Strong critical thinking and business understanding -Excellent English writing and polished, client ready content -Strong design eye and aesthetic judgment -Squarespace capability and Shopify experience -Able to take guidance and execute independently Industry/Tools Experience: -LegalZoom -Squarespace -Shopify -Calendly -Canva -Figma -Photoshop -Asana -Notion -Google Sheets -Webflow We’re all about uplifting lives in Coconut and we make sure we provide benefits that support work-life balance, well-being, and growth.
