ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Creative Operations Coordinator to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our creative department by streamlining processes, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. You will play a vital role in maintaining structure, consistency, and efficiency across all creative projects.

  • Manage the intake and tracking of creative requests via Wrike, ensuring accurate routing, assignments, and timelines
  • Own the creative production calendar and ensure milestones are met
  • Route creative assets for feedback and approvals across stakeholders
  • Coordinate with external vendors and printers to support physical creative needs (e.g., signage, packaging, collateral)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (ecomm, marketing, education) to improve workflow and clarity in the briefing process
  • Maintain and organize the DAM (Digital Asset Management) system, ensuring version control and easy access to final assets
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and help implement process improvements for a more efficient creative pipeline
  • Support invoice tracking, job numbers, and vendor documentation for creative production
