Technology & Systems Management - Support automation and AI-based tools to improve efficiency. Ensure teams have the right tools and access (Adobe CC, Figma, Workfront, etc.). Process Optimisation – Develop streamlined workflows, improve briefing processes, and drive efficiency through data-driven insights. Stakeholder Collaboration – Engage with key stakeholders to align creative executions with KPIs and secure buy-in for campaigns. Resource & Capacity Management – Ensure the right resources are allocated efficiently, tracking team capacity and utilisation. Reporting & Decision-Making – Use data and performance metrics to evaluate team effectiveness and inform process improvements to drive team productivity. 🔵 You will need Proven experience in creative operations, project management, or production. Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Proficiency in project management tools.
