  • Strong portfolio showcasing strategic and creative thinking across multiple platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, film or related field.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

As a Creative Operations Specilaist, you will support our Marketing Production Team by managing incoming requests, tracking production progress, overseeing creative direction, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities. You will play a key role in streamlining workflows, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall team productivity.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (GENERIC) OF THE POSITION

  • Manage and prioritize all incoming marketing production requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Track production progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain project timelines, schedules, and workflow systems.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Support leadership in ensuring measurable outcomes and results.
  • Provide oversight and guidance on creative direction within the teams.
