Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with business goals.
  • Budget Management: Track project budgets, forecast expenses, and ensure financial accountability. The ideal candidate should have experience managing significant budgets and a solid understanding of fundamental accounting and finance principles. This will enable effective communication and collaboration with the finance team.
  • Workflow Optimization: Work with the Project Management team to develop, implement, and refine processes to enhance team productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Resource Allocation: Help manage team bandwidth, assign projects, and coordinate with freelancers, vendors, or cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Tool and System Management: Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate, implement, and maintain tools and platforms that improve asset management and workflow efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet creative standards and brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Act as a liaison between creative, marketing, and other departments to align strategies and expectations.
  • Team Development: Support the growth of the creative team by identifying training opportunities, fostering a positive culture, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Measure the effectiveness of creative processes and deliver insights for continuous improvement.
