The Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria is searching for a Creative Producer Programs and Events to design and deliver unforgettable experiences for our visitors. From working with Traditional Owners and First Peoples creatives to partnering with leading festivals, artists, and cultural organisations, you’ll shape a program that’s as innovative as it is inspiring. You’ll lead a talented Programs and Events team, championing creativity while making sure every project runs like clockwork. Think bold, immersive programming, meticulous event planning, and building partnerships that open new doors. You’ll also be hands-on with budgets, contracts and timelines, making sure everything happens on time and on budget.
