Description
The Creative Producer plays a vital role in any production unit, ensuring the successful execution of production projects. This role spans a wide range of responsibilities, with primary focus on content ideation, writing, and overseeing the timely progress of each project. Content Creation. Writes and produces a variety of content, including scripts, content flow, social media copy, and other video content ideas for various platforms. Project Scoping. Lead project scoping and discussions by assessing production requirements, providing recommendations, and facilitating PPMs in collaboration with Bus. Creative Collaboration. Works closely with internal production teams (directors, production managers, researchers, videographers, editors) to bring concepts to life and execute the project vision. Basic Project Coordination. Leads in supervising project timelines, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. Research and Sourcing. Conducts research to gather information, fact-check content, and assist in sourcing materials needed for production. Revisions and Feedback. Revises content based on feedback from senior team members and clients, ensuring the final product meets all requirements. Innovation and Technology. Stays current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the agency’s production capabilities competitive and efficient. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Multimedia Arts, Film, Advertising, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in creative production or content creation. Strong skills in content ideation, writing, and script development. Excellent project management and coordination abilities. Collaborative team player with good communication skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines. Familiar with current creative trends and production tools. ​Open to work onsite if needed, but otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
