We are looking to add a passionate full-time Industrial Designer (Bilingual Mandarin Preferred) to our team. You will work with our Sourcing Team, Engineers, Designers and Marketing team to create fun and exciting products that delight our customers, their families, and friends.
As we are a growing company, you will take on various responsibilities and learn and grow rapidly with the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial design or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial design, preferably in the toy industry.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of toy designs from concept to production.
• Proficiency in design software, such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and SolidWorks.
• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Passion for creating innovative and engaging toys for children.

• Design and develop innovative and engaging toys that are safe, functional, and visually appealing.
• Create sketches, 3D models, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and ideas.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and engineering, to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform design decisions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to production.
• Collaborate with vendors and manufacturing partners to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and design techniques.
