WHO WE WANT:

We are seeking a Creative Project Manager, Digital to join our marketing team to oversee and execute digital projects that bring our brand to life. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end development of marketplace listing and campaign assets for Sunco’s Amazon and Shopify channels, ensuring every project aligns with our brand’s performance goals. This position requires comfortability in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with moving deadlines as well as general marketing and creative knowledge. The candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams, including design and product development, to deliver projects on time and within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets
  • Proficiency in digital asset management tools and software such as: Figma and Asana.
  • Proficiency with Adobe creative suite.
  • Knowledge of the Marketing Funnel.
  • Experience with Helium10 and Seller Central
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external contractors, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct and interpret market and competition research effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, customer preferences, competitor strategies and analyze competitor products.
  • Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive product callouts that highlight unique features, benefits, and customer-focused solutions.
  • Develop project briefs, timelines and productivity reports.
  • Ensure all marketing callouts align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
  • Collaborate with designers and creatives to translate callouts into visually impactful still designs and videos.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to meet production deadlines efficiently.
  • Negotiate project scopes/cost and manage all agency relationships and workflows.
  • Manage the organization and storage of digital assets, ensuring easy accessibility and version control.
