We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Creative Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of large-scale creative pipelines, working closely with internal teams and global partners to deliver high-quality assets for impactful global campaigns Responsibilities Plan, track, and prioritize a high volume of creative assets, including end-to-end pipeline management with external vendors. Align stakeholders using Monday and manage projects from kickoff through final delivery. Collect and analyze performance data of creative assets and present insights in monthly syncs with other Project Managers. Handle high-pressure situations while maintaining smooth workflows and strong team productivity. Continuously update stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones. Plan resources and optimize workflows to meet departmental goals and timelines. Work closely with UA, CRM, Brand, and other cross-functional teams to support global campaign launches. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in video and production to improve quality and efficiency. Requirements 3+ years of experience in Project Management or Marketing, with hands-on experience managing video productions from concept to delivery, including work with U.S.-based vendors and partners. Very high level of English (written and spoken). Strong understanding of creative, design, and art processes. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a constant drive to improve tools, processes, and methodologies. Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects while meeting timelines, budgets, and business goals. Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High proficiency with Monday / Asana / Jira and other project & creative management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and high organizational abilities. Experience managing global vendors, including negotiations and contract execution. Nice to have Strong technical skills. Experience working with global brands and IP-driven products.
