We are partnering with a top-tier creative agency in the beauty and fashion industry to find an exceptional Creative Project Manager. This is a key role for a seasoned project management professional who excels at driving creative production across multiple platforms and formats-including video, photography, CGI, animation, and post-production.
Our client operates at the forefront of high-end visual storytelling, and they need a strategic, detail-oriented project manager who can bring structure to creativity and deliver best-in-class work on time and on budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in creative project management within an agency or in-house creative environment.
  • Strong background in delivering complex creative campaigns—especially in fashion, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle industries.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of creative and production workflows across video, design, photography, and digital content.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Monday.com, Wrike).
  • Familiarity with creative tools and production processes (Adobe Creative Suite, post workflows) is a plus.
  • Calm under pressure, collaborative by nature, and passionate about building strong team dynamics.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of creative projects from kick-off through delivery, including timelines, budgets, and team coordination.
  • Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into actionable workflows, ensuring seamless execution across all phases.
  • Act as a liaison between internal creative, production, and strategy teams to align on goals, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Collaborate on new business pitches and campaign proposals, including the development of creative treatments and decks.
  • Monitor creative reviews, feedback loops, and stakeholder approvals using tools such as Asana, Airtable, Frame.io, or Wrike.
  • Maintain internal documentation, asset libraries, and project tracking tools to support long-term organization and scalability.
  • Proactively manage project scope, resourcing, and potential risks while ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
  • Stay on top of trends in creative production and the evolving landscape of beauty, fashion, and consumer media.
