We are looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager to take charge of smooth workflows, manage resources effectively, and ensure timely, high-quality project execution within budget.

In particular you will

• Manage and deliver multiple client projects within agreed budget and deadlines
• Actively build relationships with clients - understand the client’s business to be able to have discussions confidently, creating solutions to meet their challenges
• Build strong relationships with internal teams (Copywriting, Design, Account Management, Financial Analytics, Paid Media, Amazon Technical, Translation) and external suppliers, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient collaboration, advising on how projects can be executed in terms of approach, techniques and workflow
• Spot warning signs of things going wrong, and provide recommendations or identify the correct point for escalation, to alleviate delivery challenges
• Manage client projects to achieve commercial goals, including budget management, time and cost reconciliations, burn. You will be confident negotiating and agreeing prices with suppliers and creating costing documents for clients including estimates, quotes, and finalised fee agreements
• Report on key account metrics to measure service impact, client engagement, and project success
