Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for the new ‘go to’ person to have direct responsibility for overseeing the delivery of exciting end-to-end projects and campaigns from start to finish whilst also managing the creative studio. This dynamic role is perfect for someone who can build strong relationships - both in their team and with stakeholders alike. If you have been in Studio or Project Management for a brand or product team and have the ability to help prioritise briefs and help run multiple concurrent creative projects across the business, this is for you.
You will work across multiple functions and help to deliver the Minor Figures vision, ensuring our brilliant global brand comes to life. You will ensure everything we do is well-planned and resourced, coordinated and delivered on time. You will be expected to use your knowledge and experience to deliver within time and cost constraints.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Working closely with Alice, Head of Design and the Marketing Directors, you will help jump start brilliant projects and maintain coherent and real-time control of the brand roadmap, including timings, stakeholders, budget, resource and agency management.
  • Actively participating in the creativity and the strategy - you will oversee the project management of all brand communications from creative brief to implementation.
  • Supporting designers and creatives and helping manage multiple concurrent creative projects from conception to completion, delivering on time to agreed milestones
  • Ensure the smooth running of the creative studio day-to-day by managing the flow of incoming briefs, supporting the Head of Design with resource allocation with planning and managing freelance needs.
  • When required, facilitating a clear sign-off process between the senior stakeholders, wider Brand team, external agencies, and the respective creative studios.
  • Using your planning and interpersonal skills to help the Design team build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, spotting opportunities that will further bring our brand purpose to life and pitching them to the business whilst keeping in mind the value it will deliver in return.
  • Managing key stakeholders’ expectations at all stages of project development and instigating retrospectives when required.
  • Liaising with the Finance team and Head of Design to keep on top of the committed spend and ensuring the budget is up to date.
