Creative Quality Assurance Specialist - DotYeti Important Note: This position requires midshift hours (4:00 PM 12:00 MN PHT). We're looking for a Creative Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic Creative Team and help maintain the highest standards of output for our clients. If you're detail-obsessed, passionate about design, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role is for you! What you'll do: Quality Oversight: Review design outputs to ensure alignment with client briefs, brand guidelines, and internal standards. Request Management: Monitor and manage the flow of design requests from status updates and confirmation messages to follow-ups on inactive items. Creative Support: Partner closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Account Managers to review functionality, accuracy, and execution of all creative outputs. Feedback & Direction: Provide clear, actionable feedback to designers to maintain consistency, correct errors, and elevate design quality. Brief Validation: Check incoming requests for completeness and readiness before production. Process Improvement: Support and collaborate with Account Managers to identify gaps and refine processes for better efficiency and accuracy. Reporting: Submit daily and/or weekly QA reports to Management on creative output performance and areas of improvement. Client Experience: Support client relationships by ensuring an exceptional and seamless creative delivery process. Our ideal candidate: Has 3+ years of experience in the creative industry, ideally in a design or QA role. A graduate of Multimedia Arts, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field. Comfortable with the Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with QA or project management tools. Strong eye for design, detail, grammar, and brand consistency. Proactive, responsive, and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. Excellent communication and time management skills. Bonus Points for: Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
