WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As the Creative Services Manager, you’ll lead and inspire our Creative Team, overseeing graphic design, production design, coordination, and print operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our creative materials, promotions, and branded tools support all areas of the business while driving innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers and creative professionals.
• Manage the creative request process, ensuring high-quality, on-time deliverables.
• Oversee all aspects of creative production including digital assets, print, displays, apparel, and more.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support marketing, sales, sponsorships, and events.
• Provide creative innovation and ensure brand consistency across channels.
• Manage department budgets, printing equipment, and vendor relationships.
• Implement processes to track, improve efficiency, and support sustainability goals.
