JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a talented and versatile designer with expertise in graphic design, motion design, and creative management to join our dynamic creative team.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Communications Strategy Manager and will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually striking graphics and animations across various media channels. They will also lead and inspire the creative direction of projects. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of branding, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling static and dynamic visual stories.
The candidate will supervise, guide, and mentor two designers while fully collaborating with the extended global Marketing & Communication team in a multicultural environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on both the creative execution of design and motion graphics while also providing strategic leadership through art direction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 7-10+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, and art direction.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic design, motion design, and art direction projects.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience leading or mentoring a team of designers.
- Ability to coordinate video editing and integrate animations into digital platforms.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors or contractors as needed.
- Strong knowledge of branding principles and layout design.
- Familiarity with 3D design/animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D) is a plus.
- Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Experience with AI-based creation and production tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; competence in French is a plus.

- Strong leadership and communication skills in a multicultural environment, with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Team & Project Management :
- Oversee the day-to-day performance of the team, manage the process of turning creative ideas into tangible outputs across a variety of media. This includes assigning designers to projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and tracking project development.
- Art Direction:
- Implement the creative direction for brand campaigns, digital experiences, and multimedia projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, marketing, content, tradeshow, web development, social media, internal communication) to ensure cohesive and compelling design solutions.
- Oversee and guide designers, providing mentorship and feedback on design quality and creative direction.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
- Graphic Design:
- Design visually engaging graphics, layouts, and illustrations for tradeshows, web, print, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate on developing, refining and implementing brand identities.
- Create high-quality visual concepts from brief to execution, ensuring designs meet strategic objectives.
- Motion Design:
- Design and animate captivating motion graphics for video content, social media, advertisements, and website assets.
- Use animation techniques to enhance user experiences and brand narratives, ensuring motion design aligns with the overarching creative vision.
