THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As part of Zalando’s Content Solutions Team, the Creative Services team is specialised in developing and managing creative services and delivering creative projects for brand partners and internal stakeholders.
Thus, we are looking for a Creative Services Project Manager to grow our Creative business by handling strategic creative campaigns and help our partners to achieve long-term marketing success by offering holistic tailored solutions. In this role you will be a part of the Creative Services Team, responsible for managing various types of creative projects and have the opportunity to gain experience in managing projects for Zalando and brand partners.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • You’ll manage the execution of creative projects for brand partners, managing project execution in close partnership with the responsible teams and the partner marketing services teams.
  • You’ll be responsible for successfully delivering creative projects by steering multiple internal teams and external stakeholders, organising and prioritising tasks and team’s efforts accordingly and ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • You will be in charge of the planning & timelines, approvals, and content deliverables of all campaigns, coordinating between different teams and external and internal Zalando stakeholders.
  • You’ll communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle including preparing updates for senior management, leading meetings and presenting to brand partners alongside internal stakeholders.
  • You’ll lead and collaborate closely with all stakeholders, particularly the creative and production teams to execute complex creative content productions (including images, videos, etc.).
  • You’ll resolve issues that can cause delays, conflicts and other challenges in meeting project requirements and manage crisis situations when needed and escalate as appropriate.
  • You’ll hold workshops and retrospective meetings to enable and strengthen collaboration as well share best practices and knowledge to strengthen our creative project management.
  • You’ll strive to ensure the highest quality in delivery, by aligning timelines and strategies, optimising ways of working and processes for efficiencies by working closely with leadership teams.
