About the role The Creative Services Specialist role is to be the contact point for all marketing and advertising requests for the internal Creative Services team and subsequent management of projects and communication back to stakeholders. They support the advertising production manager to ensure the quality and integrity of the brand is safe guarded, b actin as the custodian of the brand Accountabilities: Operational Manage the traffic of all advertising and design requests from internal and external stakeholders through to the internal Creative Services design team. Be the key marketing contact responsible for delivery of materials within required deadlines and ensure that all stakeholder are aware of milestone timings of projects. Ensure that all requirements of advertising and design requests are complete, clear and understandable for designers, whether internal or with external partners. Ensure that all materials meet the requirements of the Marketing and Advertising Style guides. Be the leader and gatekeeper of Creative Services' workflow and processes, and ensure all relative steps are followed for accuracy and quality. Manage the creation of advertising content for all brand and marketing communications material such as digital, outdoor, print, brochures and point of sale materials. Lead and encourage the team to make contributions that enhance the quality of the advertising and marketing communications materials from a technical point of view. Ensure quality and safeguard the integrity of the brand by ensuring that it follows the company's communication strategy and prescribed brand guidelines. Communicate well with other areas of the business and internal stakeholders, providing Marketing and design services to support business development. Manage projects with 3rd party creative agencies including brief writing, concept feedback, material production and delivery. Take ownership and accountability for the delivery of key marketing projects and consistently manage the technical integrity and quality of all materials dispatched. Every piece of collateral released must be delivered on time and contain no content or technical mistakes. Develop new processes and train other members of design team in relation to processes, to maintain a common level of understanding and workflow. Work effectively and cohesively with other members of the internal design team and QR marketing team to ensure creative consistency and quality. About you Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience Job Specific Skills: Essential Experience in project timeline planning and workflow/process implementation and adherence. Experienced in team management in a creative environment. Strong project management skills to deliver a project from concept to execution. Command of English language. Preferred Professional qualifications in Marketing. Proven track-record of producing content for international brands, experience in managing work flow (particularly brand design or creative output) from an agency or client design team. Working with airline or travel industry brands. Knowledge of some of the following: design software and applications, print production, audio and video production methods.
