Description
What You Will Deliver As part of the Hong Kong marketing team, develop campaign concepts, visual directions, and creative ideas that help drive business growth. Translate ideas into compelling key visuals, social content, in-app graphics, OOH layouts, event materials, and digital assets across ATL, BTL, and partnership channels. Lead the visual development process — from brainstorming and moodboarding to exploration and refined execution. Produce high-quality artwork for both campaign-led and day-to-day visual needs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging. Work closely with the regional creative team to maintain brand coherence across markets. Manage multiple creative tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Present creative concepts and design rationales clearly to local and regional stakeholders. Liaise with vendors and production partners to ensure accurate execution for print, digital, and event materials. Who You Are: 4+ years of experience in art direction, creative, visual communication, advertising, or digital media. A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, and refined execution across digital and offline touchpoints. Well-honed creative craft — composition, colour, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus. Basic motion and animation experience (e.g., simple video editing, GIFs, social animations, etc) is an advantage. A growth-minded creative who actively evolves their craft as new tools and technologies — including AI — reshape how ideas and visuals are generated. Confident in questioning briefs and proposing solutions that align with business and brand objectives. Strong collaborator with clear communication skills; able to work with marketing, regional creative, product teams, and vendors. Able to manage multiple tasks independently in a dynamic environment. Proficient in English and Cantonese.
