The Role As a Creative Specialist at Humanz, you will play a key role in developing, curating, and optimizing creative assets that drive engagement and performance across multiple digital channels. You will collaborate closely with marketers, creators, and product teams to produce compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences and supports the company’s growth objectives. Creative Development: Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality digital content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with paid acquisition managers, content creators, and product teams to ensure creative assets meet performance and platform requirements. Content Optimization: Analyze creative performance data and use insights to continuously improve content effectiveness. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, including video formats, social media practices, and emerging tools to keep creative approaches fresh and engaging. Asset Management: Organize and maintain a repository of creative assets for easy access and reuse across campaigns. Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital content creation, graphic design, or a related creative role. Skills: Proficiency in design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalents. Creative Eye: Strong sense of visual storytelling and the ability to create content that drives engagement. Analytical Ability: Comfort with data and a willingness to use performance metrics to inform creative decisions. Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Education: Degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience. Advantage: Experience working in the creator economy or influencer marketing.
