At Rankings.io, we specialize in helping elite law firms dominate first-page search rankings. To empower our Design team and maximize the impact of creative execution, we’re hiring a Creative Specialist who can refine and optimize the messaging that powers our websites, landing pages, ad campaigns, and organic social presence. This is a cross-functional role that focuses on copywriting, brand messaging, creative collaboration, and leveraging AI tools to scale and enhance copy output. You’ll work closely with our design, SEO, paid, and social teams to ensure every word drives visibility, trust, and measurable action for our clients. Responsibilities Design & Editing Copywriting & Messaging: Write clear, compelling taglines, CTAs, and headlines for websites, landing pages, social media and ad digital ad campaigns. Graphic Design & Photography: Create visually compelling graphics, thumbnails, and promotional materials; capture and edit still imagery (both candid and staged) to complement video content and enhance brand storytelling as needed. Motion Graphics: Design and animate branded assets and transitions using After Effects or equivalent software. HTML5 Ad Creation: designing ads with interactive elements, animations, text, and images, with Google Web Designer, Adobe Animate or equivalent software Editing and Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished short-form content using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. AI & Efficiency Leverage AI tools and workflows to increase copy output while maintaining quality. Assist in building and refining AI-powered copy agents to support scalable, consistent copy production. Identify opportunities where AI can accelerate testing of messaging variations for ads and landing pages. Collaboration & Strategy Partner with designers to align copy with visuals for cohesive, conversion-focused creative assets. Work with the SEO, Paid, and Social teams to ensure copy aligns with campaign goals and performance data. Support the creation of reusable copy frameworks for scalability and efficiency across projects. Assist in quarterly creative syncs to align messaging strategy across Rankings’ service lines. Quality & Optimization Contribute to maintaining a central copy library to ensure consistency and ease of updates. Track copy performance on ads and landing pages, using data to refine and improve messaging. Ensure all copy reflects Rankings’ commitment to clarity, professionalism, and authority for clients. 2+ years of experience in copywriting, brand messaging, or content strategy (agency or in-house). Proven ability to write clear, concise, conversion-focused copy for digital platforms. Experience creating copy for landing pages, paid ads, and social media. Familiarity with CRO, UX best practices, and digital marketing fundamentals. Comfort leveraging AI tools for copywriting and testing, and interest in building AI agents to enhance workflow efficiency. Ability to adapt voice and tone for different clients while maintaining clarity and engagement. Comfort working in remote, cross-functional teams with designers and marketers. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
