Responsibilities

As our Creative Strategist, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing the AlterCall vision to life through dynamic visuals and storytelling:

  • Video Creation & Editing: Oversee the end‑to‑end production of compelling videos for organic social, paid advertising, product showcases, and corporate branding.
  • Live Event Content: Lead creative coverage at live events — from set-up and filming to editing content that captures the energy and impact in real time.
  • Social Content Strategy: Develop and produce authentic, engaging content tailored to social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) that amplifies our purpose-driven messaging.
  • Paid Media Assets: Craft and edit video and creative deliverables optimized for high-performing paid ad campaigns.
  • Purpose-Driven Storytelling: Use your creative lens to showcase our mission of empowering leaders and communities — crafting narratives that reinforce our movement and values.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and events teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency throughout all brand touchpoints.
