Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Ideation: Drive conceptual brainstorming sessions to establish strong creative hooks, narrative arcs, and user journeys.
• Design & Experience Direction: Guide the overall aesthetic feel, interactive flow, and content hierarchy without getting bogged down strictly in production.
• Critical Evaluation: Audit existing materials to spot friction points, propose structural improvements, and elevate the overall quality of the experience.
• Thought Partnership: Serve as a collaborative sparring partner to bounce ideas off of, test assumptions, and validate strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Background in multidisciplinary design, creative direction, or design strategy.
• High-level visual and spatial literacy paired with strong strategic thinking.
• Experience balancing big-picture conceptualizing with tactical design feedback.
• Strong communication skills with an appetite for collaborative, iterative problem-solving.
