Role As a Creative Strategist your goal is to create high-performing creatives for our Facebook/Instagram ads. Serving as the central link among our creatives, overseeing the process from ideation to post-production. Responsibilities: Brainstorming ads, ad angles and hook variations. Provide briefs for production team to shoot content Collaborate with UGC creators and designers to bring ideas to life Develop creative strategy for our social media ads. Build and refine our creative testing roadmap Help systemise what works so we can scale content production What we’re looking for You understand paid media and the types of content that convert You enjoy brainstorming ad angles and concepts, then bringing them to life Deep understanding of consumer psychology and customer mindsets. Data Driven Experience: Have 2–5+ years experience in creative strategy for DTC/eCom brands Experience in video editing, including ideation, storyboarding, and editing. Experience as a content creator with demonstrated ability to engage audiences.
Responsibilities
The Creative Strategist will brainstorm ad concepts and oversee the creative process from ideation to post-production. They will collaborate with various teams to develop and refine social media ad strategies.
