Now, we’re looking for a Creative Strategist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Creative Strategist at Fraggell, you’ll be the bridge between creative vision and performance data. You’ll research brands, uncover customer insights, develop high-converting ad concepts, and work closely with our production team to bring ideas to life.
You won’t just make “pretty ads” — you’ll craft ad concepts designed to perform in the competitive DTC space, backed by strategic thinking, emotional triggers, and platform-native storytelling.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Conduct in-depth brand research using client materials, online sources, reviews, and competitor analysis to uncover performance opportunities.
  • Develop detailed concept decks that outline each angle, purpose, and key moments of an ad.
  • Write scripts and copy for ad creatives, ensuring they are clear, compelling, and strategically structured.
  • Present ideas to clients, explaining the reasoning, emotional triggers, and expected performance outcomes.
  • Analyse past ad performance to identify winning elements and new opportunities for testing.
  • Collaborate closely with editors, designers, and account managers to ensure creative execution matches strategy.
  • Stay on top of DTC and paid social trends to inspire fresh concepts.
