Description
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent! We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world. Our client is looking for a Creative Strategist who understands that in 2026, the real growth lever in paid media isn’t button-clicking in Ads Manager — it’s video, psychology, and attention. You will be the architect of our creative engine, responsible for scaling BattleGolf (and upcoming soccer and pickleball brands) across Meta and Instagram. This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who blends consumer psychology, copywriting, creative direction, AI workflows, and performance analysis to consistently produce winning ad concepts. You’ll work directly with the founders of an 8-figure DTC brand and help build the creative systems that will power our next stage of growth. What will you do Creative Strategy & Copy Psychology Conduct deep customer and market research to understand buying triggers, objections, and belief systems. Define core angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks based on audience sophistication. Write and guide high-converting ad scripts, hooks, and narratives. AI-Native Ideation & Workflow Use AI tools to accelerate research, concept generation, scripting, and iteration. Stay ahead of emerging tools and prompting techniques to scale creative output without sacrificing quality. Creator Sourcing & Visual Direction Identify and brief creators who authentically match the brand’s energy and audience. Direct creators on storytelling, framing, and delivery for high-performing UGC-style ads. Organic-to-Paid Pipeline Track viral and emerging organic trends weekly. Translate cultural hooks and formats into scalable paid ad concepts. Ensure ads feel native, modern, and scroll-stopping. Editing Oversight Act as the final creative gatekeeper. Review cuts for pacing, clarity, emotional impact, and retention. Ensure the first 1–3 seconds hook hard and the narrative holds attention through the full video. Creative Performance Analysis Analyze creative performance inside Meta Ads Manager. Go beyond surface metrics to understand why concepts win or lose. Turn insights into structured briefs and next-round iterations. Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Creative Director, or Performance Creative Lead for DTC brands. Deep understanding of Meta/Instagram video ads and short-form storytelling. Strong foundation in direct-response copywriting and consumer psychology. Experience building and scaling winning creative systems, not just one-off ads. Comfortable working with editors, creators, media buyers, and founders. Portfolio of past winning ad concepts, scripts, and video campaigns. Join a lean, 8-figure company at a pivotal scaling moment. Direct access to founders and full ownership of creative direction. Opportunity to shape brands in sports and youth culture. Performance-based upside and long-term growth potential. Work remotely with no time zone restrictions — we’re optimizing for best talent, not location. Compensation range USD 3k - 5k monthly PLUS open to discuss incentives for winning ads produced!
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing creative strategies and overseeing the production of high-performing ads for various brands. This includes conducting research, guiding ad narratives, and analyzing performance metrics.
