Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Key Responsibilities Develop compelling creative concepts and marketing strategies across digital platforms (paid social, video, email, and web). Collaborate with content, design, and performance teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment. Use data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and inform future creative direction. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Present campaign ideas and performance reports to internal and client stakeholders. Guide copy and visual direction to maximize engagement and conversions. Stay updated on emerging creative formats, platform innovations, and consumer behavior trends. 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or advertising (agency or in-house). Proven ability to craft creative briefs, content strategies, and campaign frameworks. Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in using data tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to balance big-picture strategy with executional detail.
