Description
Partner closely with Creative Directors and Channel teams to inform the content strategy, strategic approach to the creative, and the best way to bring the strategy to life across multiple channels Surface emerging trends in online consumer behavior to teams, and ensure these inform the strategic approach Interpret quant and qual insights from a variety of sources, including close partnership with Analytics and channel teams, to develop new best practices into our strategy Articulate the strategic approach to a variety of stakeholders, championing the ‘why' and the ‘how' for our marketing approach Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience. 5+ years as a Director-level Creative Strategist, Content Strategist, or Comms Planner. Experience in global marketing campaigns where the creative/content strategy influences the approach and results. Knowledge of online consumption behavior, storytelling trends, and algorithmic differences across social networks. Experience as a creative storyteller with an understanding of how consumers interact on social. Knowledge of and all key aspects of audio-visual content: narrative structure, pacing, graphics, music, shot selection Knowledge of AI tools and the role they can play in the creative process Experience managing multiple projects in parallel. Demonstrable examples of red threads and creative platforms and the translation of the platform into digital creative. Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries and driving impact through influence.
Responsibilities
