And now, we’re looking for a Creative Strategist to help us take things to the next level.

What You’ll Do
- Develop & Execute Strategies: Craft and deliver marketing strategies that align with Nesti’s growth goals and brand vision.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep dives into trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to uncover opportunities.
- Campaign Ownership: Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across email, social, and new platforms — from brainstorm to execution.
- Creative Leadership: Host brainstorming sessions, generate bold ideas, and bring solutions to marketing challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with founders (Masen & Scott) and our wider creator community to bring strategies to life.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping everything moving on time and on budget.
- Workflow Optimization: Organize resources, track performance, and improve processes to scale efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in email marketing, creative strategy, campaign management, and marketing execution.
- Strong project management skills you can juggle multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- A balance of analytical thinking and creative flair.
- Proven leadership abilities you’re confident guiding teams and projects forward.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- A natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

Job Types: Apprenticeship, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
