Job Title: Creative Strategist (Direct Response) Type: Full-time; Remote Working Hours: M–F EST Industry: Supplements & Hair Care About the Company A fast-growing, performance-driven DTC group operating across supplements and hair care brands. The business is built on direct-response marketing, rapid creative testing, and scalable paid media growth, with creative as the primary performance lever. Scope of the Role This role is fully focused on direct-response creative strategy — not UGC management or brand-only content. You will be responsible for ideating, scripting, and iterating performance-driven ad concepts that convert. You’ll operate in a high-velocity testing environment, working closely with media buyers, editors, and AI-assisted production workflows to identify and scale winning creatives across paid channels. Duties and Responsibilities Develop high-converting direct-response ad concepts for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Write and structure VSL scripts, hooks, and persuasive ad frameworks. Build and iterate creative angles tailored to both supplements (education, compliance-aware claims) and hair care (visual transformation, emotional storytelling). Collaborate with editors on AI-generated and hybrid video content. Use AI creative tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, and creative variation. Analyze creative performance (CPA, CTR, hook rate) and continuously propose optimizations. Partner closely with media buyers to scale winning concepts efficiently. Proven experience as a Creative Strategist in direct-response DTC. Mandatory experience in supplements and/or hair care (experience in both is a strong plus). Strong understanding of VSL formats and conversion-focused storytelling. Proficiency with AI creative tools and AI-assisted production workflows. Experience working with editors and performance marketing teams. Highly performance-oriented, test-and-learn mindset.
