We’re looking for a Creative Team Lead who will bring clarity, structure, and a compelling visual vision to our talented team. Reporting directly to Veronika, one of our co-founders, this role combines project management, creative direction, and team leadership to elevate Yepoda’s creative presence across all channels.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support a cross-functional team of graphic designers, art directors, motion designers, copywriters, and other creative roles, fostering collaboration and creative excellence.
  • Own and optimize our design request system (Notion), effectively managing, prioritizing, and delegating tasks with clear deadlines.
  • Coordinate creative resourcing, balancing speed, quality, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to develop tailored visual assets for various channels including e-commerce, offline activations, paid social, CRM, and packaging.
  • Establish and evolve Yepoda’s creative team into an internal agency model serving all creative needs within the business.
  • Contribute to brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal storytelling in partnership with marketing and brand teams.
  • Champion clear briefing and feedback processes, ensuring alignment and clarity between stakeholders and the creative team.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and proactively integrate relevant AI tools for efficiency and innovation.
  • Occasionally jump in on design tasks using Adobe Creative Suite to support the team.
  • Define and uphold a strong, consistent creative vision for the brand, inspiring innovative and culturally resonant work.
  • Maintain a positive, supportive, and proactive team environment.
