3. DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION, KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT & STRATEGY EXECUTION

• Take responsibility for organisational management, leveraging tools and processes to improve and streamline management practices.
• Oversee key digital platform transformation projects
• Ensure cntinuous improvement of new digital tools and platforms across geographies.
• Assist executive leadership with aligning company-wide objectives and key results.
• Develop and maintain a centralised knowledge management system, leveraging multimedia elements for documentation, training, and team collaboration.
• Facilitate the generation of a training library to improve customer awareness of product features and capabilities.
• Establish company dashboards and processes for measurement, tracking, and visualisation of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support People & Culture initiatives, to reinforce company values, enhance workplace culture, and improve internal communication.
