Description
Your mission About Us At Graswald AI, we're building the AI operating system for fashion brands and retailers, starting with AI image and content generation. We've signed 50 enterprise fashion clients in the past year, are backed by Lakestar and Orendt Studios, and are preparing for a Series A. We're growing fast and building technology that is already reshaping how fashion content is produced. The Role You will work alongside our R&D Lead to design, prototype, and refine the generative AI workflows that produce pixel-perfect fashion imagery for global brands. This is a creative technology role — you need a sharp eye for what looks good, comfort with AI tooling like ComfyUI and diffusion models, and enough technical depth to train a LoRA, build a workflow, or shell into a server to debug a problem. What You'll Do Design and build generative AI workflows (ComfyUI, diffusion models) for fashion image creation Train and fine-tune LoRAs to achieve specific visual goals (style, garment detail, lighting, color) Evaluate and benchmark new models against real-world fashion use cases — you are a quality gatekeeper Create, curate, and prepare datasets for training (photography, styling, visual standards) Prototype rapidly — test ideas quickly, iterate based on visual quality, and hand off proven concepts for production implementation Stay current with the fast-moving generative AI landscape — new models, techniques, and tools Your profile Required Strong visual sensibility — you can tell what looks good and articulate why. Experience in fashion, photography, 3D graphics, or VFX Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Flux, or similar) Practical LoRA training or model fine-tuning experience Technical fluency — comfortable on the command line, can set up environments, train models, and troubleshoot without hand-holding Understanding of how diffusion models work (not just using them — understanding conditioning, sampling, architecture basics) Self-directed — can own projects end-to-end without constant guidance Nice to Have Houdini, Blender, or other 3D / VFX tooling Python scripting ability (functional, not expert) Fashion or e-commerce domain experience Image processing knowledge (color spaces, compositing, retouching) Background in technical direction, creative production, or VFX pipelines. Soft Skills Autonomous and proactive — takes ownership without waiting for direction Strong aesthetic judgment and ability to give precise visual feedback Clear communicator — can explain creative/technical trade-offs to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders Comfortable with fast-changing priorities in a startup environment Education: Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field — computer science, design, media technology, visual arts, or similar. The portfolio matters more than the diploma. Why us? Why Join Impact — your work directly defines the visual quality global fashion brands see Cutting-edge — Generative AI at the intersection of art and technology Autonomy — own your domain, shape the creative workflow Growth — foundational R&D team member, pre-Series A Remote-first — fully remote, flexible, competitive salary To apply please complete our application form and share a CV and portfolio.
