Creative Video MakerPosition Overview

• We are looking for a talented and creative Video Maker to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, editing, and delivering high-quality video content that aligns with our brand voice and business objectives.This role requires a combination of strong creative storytelling, hands-on production skills, and technical expertise in video editing. You should be comfortable taking ownership of the entire video production process, from concept and storyboard through filming, post-production, and final delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualize, storyboard, film, and edit engaging video content for social media and digital platforms.
• Lead external shoots independently, from initial concept and planning through filming and final delivery.
• Plan and manage in-office shoots with models, including scheduling, coordination, setup, and execution.
• Coordinate international customer testimonial shoots by sourcing local videographers, providing clear filming guidelines, reviewing raw footage, and editing the final content.
• Handle full post-production, including video editing, sound, colour grading, motion graphics, and platform-specific formatting.
• Publish and schedule video content across relevant social media and digital platforms.
• Stay up to date with video trends, social media developments, and Gen Z content consumption.
• Proactively contribute fresh and creative ideas for campaigns and ongoing content.
• Work with KPIs to track content performance, efficiency, and creative impact.
• Manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Qualifications & SkillsProven experience as a Video Maker, Videographer, Video Editor, Video Content Creator, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and sound.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.
• Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and export settings for different online platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• PreferredExperience with motion graphics and animation.
• Basic graphic design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media content strategies.
• Photography skills are an advantage.
