Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Creative Video Strategist (Content Creator) at Pearl Talent’s client company, you’ll take full ownership of crafting content that drives performance. From editing UGC-style videos and shaping compelling hooks to managing influencer assets and testing ad variations on Meta, you’ll be at the center of creative strategy and execution. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves creative problem-solving, and knows how to turn content into real revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct regular calls with influencers to brainstorm, plan, and coordinate content.
  • Develop platform-specific content for TikTok, Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts), and Facebook.
  • Edit short-form video content optimized for each platform’s audience and algorithm.
  • Design eye-catching graphics and promotional visuals for feeds and stories.
  • Write compelling captions, CTAs, and hooks tailored for each platform.
  • Plan and manage a social media content calendar.
  • Post and schedule content with attention to timing and engagement patterns.
  • Monitor trends, viral formats, and audience engagement to adapt content accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
