We’re looking for a senior writing editor/coach to shepherd fiction students toward publication. This role combines mentorship, teaching, and editorial expertise to help emerging and established writers elevate their craft.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Track record as an editor, coach, or author
• Demonstrated experience in teaching writing or providing editorial feedback
• Deep understanding of storytelling fundamentals across multiple fiction genres
• Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, English, or related field preferred (MFA a plus)

• 1 live craft lecture per week
• Weekly Developmental feedback on a short piece of writing for each student
• Two one-on-one meetings a month for each student (coaching)
