As part of your role, you will strategize, design and deliver creative contents that will help increase brand awareness and meaningful presence in the pet food community. Content and Creative Strategy Plans and manages social media calendar for Facebook/Instagram, Tiktok, website and other digital platforms, ensuring that it aligns with the objectives, messaging strategy, seasonal campaigns and product launches. Assists in conceptualizing creative campaign ideas, content themes and story telling that could help increase brand awareness, engagement and support business objectives. Recommend content ideas and stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content formats, competitor campaigns and best practices. Conceptualizes creative assets for community engagement, social campaigns, contests and customer interactions. Content Production Designs and creates high-quality static images, motion graphics, short form videos, reels and other relevant digital assets across all social media platforms, e-mail, ecommerce, websites, paid advertising adhering to the brand guidelines, persona, digital channel community guidelines and advertising policies. Content Publishing & Scheduling Schedules and publishes content across all assigned digital platforms and ensures timely execution of campaign calendars. Coordinates with internal teams and external agencies to ensure all outputs are approved and published accurately. Content Quality Assurance & Monitoring Monitors all published content including visuals, captions, hashtags, product information, links, landing pages, and overall user experience, across assigned digital platforms are accurate. Trade Marketing Asset Creation Designs marketing materials that support online and offline trade activities including point-of-sale materials, in-store displays, event collaterals, promotional banners, flyers, brochures, packaging adaptations, and sales presentations. Asset repurposing & Content Optimization Repurposes existing creative assets in multiple formats suitable for social media, e-commerce, websites, email marketing, paid media, and trade marketing to maximize content efficiency. Email & Mobile Marketing: Plans, creates, and executes email and mobile marketing campaigns based on the campaign calendar, ensuring all assets are engaging with compelling visuals. Influencer & User-generated Content Coordination Assists influencer marketing initiatives such as creating campaign brief, reviewing content deliverables that aligns with the business strategy and messaging. Digital Asset Management Organize and maintain marketing assets to ensure easy accessibility, version control, and efficient collaboration across teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with brand, ecommerce, sales, internal and external partners to ensure proper and timely execution of deliverables Qualifications Education: A graduate of any four year course, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field. Experience: At least 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, social media management, digital marketing, or content creation. Other Requirements: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools such as Canva, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging digital channels. Experience in creating static graphics, motion graphics, short-form videos, and marketing collateral for both digital and print. Understanding of content strategy, social media best practices, platform algorithms, and digital advertising specifications. Familiarity with email marketing platforms, website content management systems (CMS), and e-commerce platforms is an advantage. Basic knowledge of photography, videography, video editing, and content production workflows. Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, branding, color, and storytelling. Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and the ability to analyze content performance to optimize future campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong project management, time management, and multitasking abilities. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and external partners. Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, pet care, or consumer brands is an advantage. A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, social media campaigns, branding, and video content is required.
