ABOUT THE JOB

The Creator and Community Manager is an exciting new role within the Creative Solutions team at Bolster. The position involves developing and delivering highly-engaging, thumb-stopping content across a variety of social media channels, for our (enviable!) retained clients.
This role is responsible for the creation and maintenance of content calendars, copywriting and asset production that entertains audiences, plus scheduling and posting, and importantly – the cultivation of online communities. The Creator and Community Manager is also in charge of nurturing relationships with creators, influencers, talent and brand partners, to produce branded content in close collaboration with clients.
The successful candidate will be self-confessed social-media-obsessed, a TikTok aficionado, possess solid copywriting chops, be a wizz at producing on-trend low-fi social assets using in-app editing tools, all the while managing multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail. Happy clients will serve as the primary measure of success for this role.
