The Role: We’re looking for an experienced Creator Manager to help build and scale our Creator Army as we expand rapidly in the health & wellness space. You will own the entire creator journey — from sourcing and onboarding to relationship management and performance optimization. You’ll work closely with our creative and growth teams to generate videos that drive real revenue and push the brand forward. We already have someone doing mass outreach; your role is more senior. You’ll take ownership of that pipeline, focus on high-quality partnerships, and build long-term collaborations with creators who perform well. This is a builder role. You will be the first in this position and have the autonomy to shape systems, processes, and strategy from scratch. This role is fully remote, Monday to Friday — and you can structure your own hours. Responsibilities: Source, onboard, and manage TikTok creators, especially those active on TikTok Shop. Build and maintain strong, long-term creator relationships. Create clear and concise briefs (hooks, CTAs, storytelling angles). Review, analyze, and optimize creator content to find “winning videos.” Take ownership of all comms, deliverables, and payment workflows. Manage and organize our Creator CRM (outreach → contract → performance). Identify top-performing creators for long-term partnerships. Stay up to date with TikTok trends, creator culture, and platform updates. Collaborate closely with growth and creative teams to drive performance. Requirements: Have 2+ years of experience in creator/influencer marketing (preferably e-commerce or DTC). Have closed deals with creators and managed relationships end-to-end. Understand TikTok deeply — organic + TikTok Shop. Are comfortable owning a pipeline, taking responsibility, and working independently. Thrive in fast-moving environments where things change quickly. Speak fluent English. Bonus: experience in the health supplements niche. Note: We’re not looking for a generic “social media person.” We’re looking for a growth operator — someone who understands that creators are the new sales engine.
