Job Description As the Creator Marketing and Talent Relations Manager for the Americas, you will lead the strategy, execution and scaling of H&M’s creator and influencer marketing programs across the U.S, Canada, Mexico Colombia and Ecuador. You will oversee both paid and organic talent relations, manage the Region’s 3 showrooms and build creator-led brand storytelling that drives cultural relevance and measurable business impact. This role will also spearhead the growth of new influencer commerce programs to expand how we engage with and convert audiences across platforms and manage performance analytics and reporting to ensure strong ROI and program effectiveness. This role reports into our Regional Brand PR and Talent Relations Manager and is based in New York. A Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end influencer and creator strategy across the Americas, spanning paid, earned, advocacy, and partnership programs. This role will serve as core liaison with paid media, affiliate marketing, merchandising and commercial planning to ensure relevant local content is created and boosted for reach, and that global content is aligned with local commercial and brand priorities. Manage three regional showrooms (NYC, LA, and Mexico City) as hubs for creator, stylist, VIP, and cultural community engagement. Oversee a team of influencer leads and coordinators—including guidance, development, workflow management, and creative excellence. Develop and maintain creator partner pipelines and long-term ambassador relationships that reflect diversity, cultural relevance, and strategic value. Run creator commerce and affiliate programs including TikTok Shop, ShopMy, and additional platform-based monetization pilots. Partner cross-functionally to integrate creators into campaigns, product stories, seasonal launches, and cultural moments. Oversee briefing, negotiation, contracting, compliance, usage rights and measurement Create frameworks to measure campaign performance, optimize for efficiency, and scale learnings across the Region. Build strong relationships with agencies, creator platforms, talent managers, and cultural partners to identify new opportunities.
