CapCut team’s mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for high-quality AI creators’ growth, lead the onboarding and engagement of creators, such as identifying potential creators, building relationships, and increasing high-quality content submissions.
• Deeply understand the needs of AI creators, work with cross-functional teams to enhance the creator experience (tools, reviews, traffic), and initiate tailored incentive systems.
• Analyze trends in AI content and the whole AIGC ecosystem to identify effective content opportunities.
• Collaborate internally with Content Operations, Product, and Data Science teams and externally with various industries to drive business success.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluent in English , with the ability to navigate a global, English-speaking work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a strong passion for content creation and a deep understanding of creators’ needs. Previous experience in creator/content/event operations is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, and collaboration skills; a goal-driven, self-motivated attitude.
• Proficient project management skills, high levels of professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to coordinate resources to meet objectives.
• Resilient and adaptable to fast-paced work environments, with high standards and a proactive mindset.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced knowledge in creator operation.
• Bonus points for being a content creator yourself or a skillful user of various AI tools.

  【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
  The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $90000 - $130000 annually.
  Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
  Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
