Description

We seek a skilled and self-motivated Creator Partnerships Representative to join the Creator Partnerships team, who will prospect new Creators, Agencies and Production Studios, inviting them to join GoCreator Group.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-year+ experience in sales, business development, account management or customer success roles;
  • 1-year+ experience managing a pipeline of inbound leads;
  • Experience working with a CRM platform;
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack and other web-based applications;
  • You’re a natural relationship builder and a good communicator who genuinely enjoys working with people;
  • You have a native English writing, reading and verbal competency.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for prospecting new creators, agencies and studio partners that would be a good match for our platform;
  • Supporting new Creators and partners throughout the sign-up process via social media, text, direct messages, emails and Zoom or phone calls;
  • Proposing new prospecting methods (telegram, Snapchat etc) and leading projects to launch, track and report on the concept’s success;
  • Answering Creator questions and inquiries promptly;
  • Comfortable troubleshooting minor technical issues using the backend of our platform and helping Creators solve minor roadblocks in the store activation process;
  • Achieving new creator onboarding targets and upload quotas as outlined by management, hitting both personal goals and team goals;
  • Attending industry events to meet new creators and develop an interest in working with our platform, including post-event follow-up through to activation;
  • Some evening and weekend work is required (i.e. responding to messages, attending events, travelling to conferences).
