The Creator Welcome Strategist plays a critical role in activating new creators from day one. Sitting within the Breakthrough team, this is the first real human touchpoint every new creator has after joining. The role sets expectations, builds momentum, aligns creators with the right coach, and ensures every creator enters the ecosystem fully activated and informed. This is not passive onboarding. It is a high-touch, creator-facing role that blends energy, structure, systems, and judgment. What This Role Is Really About Every creator goes through a welcome call. That call sets the tone for their entire journey. This role exists to: Ensure creators understand what success looks like in the first 30–45 days Assign them to the right Breakthrough coach based on fit and capacity Reinforce content philosophy and mindset standards Create early accountability and momentum Protect the coaching environment by managing low-input creators You are the bridge between creator acquisition and creator coaching. Core Responsibilities1️⃣ Lead Creator Welcome Calls Run structured, high-energy welcome calls daily Walk creators through: Expectations and performance standards The first 30–45 day roadmap How to recreate proven viral content How to work effectively with their assigned coach Set clarity, confidence, and accountability from day one This role blends strategy, leadership, and mindset coaching. 2️⃣ Coach Assignment & Capacity Management Use internal systems and dashboards to: Track coach capacity Assign creators based on bandwidth and fit Introduce creators to their coach live on the welcome call Book: First coaching call (within ~7 days) 15-day and 30-day audits Comfort with operational workflows and systems is essential. 3️⃣ Early Activation & Consistency Monitoring Track posting behavior during the first 30 days Monitor inactivity flags (e.g., no posts within 5–7 days) Proactively nudge creators or escalate when needed Decide when to: Reactivate Schedule intervention calls Trigger offboarding The goal: protect coaching resources and prioritize committed creators. 4️⃣ Offboarding & Standards Protection Manage offboarding for creators who fail to meet baseline effort Coordinate with coaches before removal Ensure professional, clean transitions Maintain a high-performance creator environment 5️⃣ Insights, Patterns & Feedback Loops Identify recurring friction points from welcome calls Share insights with: Breakthrough coaches CMO Improve onboarding assets (FAQs, Looms, resources) Help refine welcome call structure and clarity Who This Role Is For You likely have a background in one or more of the following: Organic content marketing (preferred) UGC creation or creator coaching DTC paid creative strategy You are someone who: Brings strong energy and presence to calls Is confident leading 1:1 and group conversations Understands short-form content fundamentals Balances empathy with firmness Values structure, standards, and operational clarity Thinks in terms of momentum, not just logistics This is not an influencer operations role. You must understand creators and content strategy, not just process management. What Success Looks Like Creators leave welcome calls clear, motivated, and confident Smooth handoff into coaching pods Early posting consistency tracked and enforced Low-effort creators removed without friction Coaches receive clean data and high-quality creator inputs The Breakthrough system operates with leverage instead of chaos
