About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credentialing Auditor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively. Required: ●      When you upload your resume, please upload in PDF format ●      Ability to speak eloquently about past accomplishments ●      2-10 years of previous job experience ●      1-5 years of credentialing experience preferred ●      2 + years of experience in an administrative role required (preferably Behavioral Health or Healthcare) ●      Delegated Credentialing experience preferred ●      Fully understand CAQH Attestations and processing ●      Proficient at using Excel and Word (Google Suite Products preferred) Responsibilities: ●      Prioritize and complete all work with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. ●      Support overall team success by assisting with related tasks and projects as needed. ●      Monitor and manage the credentialing inbox, responding to inquiries and coordinating with representatives for clarification when necessary. ●      Maintain and update provider data to ensure accuracy and integrity within credentialing databases. ●      Generate and extract reports from various data sources to support credentialing functions. ●      Manage portal registrations and access, including setup and troubleshooting. ●      Triage and address basic Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) inquiries received through the credentialing inbox. ●      Track, organize, and maintain inbox communications for accurate documentation. ●      Assist with reporting needs, including retention reporting/processing and new location tracking. ●      Provide overflow support for backlog management and re-credentialing activities. ●      Support committee operations, including reassignment of files and coordinating with leadership as needed. ●      Assist with special projects, including 1 running project a month ●      Conduct research to support BCBA hiring and credentialing processes.
