As we expand our Client Success organization, we’re adding a Credentialing Coordinator—a brand-new, high-impact role designed to bring strong credentialing expertise to both our internal teams and our clients. Job Description Remote (U.S.) | Client Success | Full-Time MedTrainer is searching for a Credentialing Coordinator to help shape the future of our credentialing training and enablement program. This newly created role blends credentialing expertise, training delivery, coaching, and client support—perfect for someone who loves teaching, building structure, and creating scalable learning experiences. You’ll play a key role in training both internal team members and clients on MedTrainer’s Credentialing platform, while also serving as the organization’s subject matter expert on U.S. credentialing standards, terminology, and best practices. What You’ll Do Deliver live and recorded training sessions for internal teams and customers on credentialing workflows, regulatory requirements, and platform functionality. Create and refine training materials such as modules, demos, process guides, and assessments. Act as the main point of reference for credentialing-related questions across Client Success and other departments. Coach and evaluate team members using knowledge checks, quizzes, and practical demonstrations. Support clients during onboarding and throughout their use of our Credentialing module, helping them become confident, effective users. Collaborate with CS Leadership, Product, and credentialing SMEs to define processes and build a scalable credentialing education function. Recommend enhancements to training content, documentation, and credentialing workflows. What Success Looks Like High engagement and strong satisfaction scores in trainings. Clear improvement in internal credentialing knowledge and confidence. Customers who feel supported, guided, and capable using MedTrainer’s Credentialing module. Well-documented processes and a structured roadmap for how this role evolves over time. Qualifications 3+ years of direct healthcare credentialing experience. Strong understanding of credentialing workflows, data requirements, and regulatory standards. Experience training or educating internal teams or clients. Ability to translate complex credentialing concepts into simple, actionable steps. Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills. A proactive, self-driven mindset—you’re comfortable building processes from the ground up. Preferred CPCS certification (strongly preferred). Experience with credentialing platforms, SaaS environments, onboarding, or Client Success. Experience creating guides, modules, or curriculum.
