Hours: Full Time (Monday – Friday/40hrs a week)
Office Location: El Segundo, CA Headquarters, hybrid
Compensation: $20 – $23/DOE
How will you help create a World Without Limits:
The Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for assisting our clinicians to facilitate end-to-end credentialing and enrollment with the contracted health plans.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Associate degree or at least six (6) months of relevant experience; or equivalent training which demonstrates an understanding of credentialing
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize needs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in the health care (behavioral health field preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to multi-task with urgency in order to meet all agreed upon deadlines
  • Effective planning, organizational skills, time management and prioritization
  • Prior experience in the areas of: data entry, organization and database management
  • Provide negative TB test results
  • Able to clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting
  • Valid Government ID
Responsibilities
  • Execute all aspects of provider credentialing, including initial appointments and reappointments
  • CAQH maintenance
  • Create and maintain provider files with all credentialing statuses and supporting documentation
  • Respond to internal and external requests for relevant information and documentation
  • Work closely and transparently with internal departments and external partners
  • Provide administrative support in all aspects of credentialing
  • Other duties as assigned
