The Role: We are seeking a highly-motivated, energetic individual with an investigative mind to join our team as a Credentialing Specialist. This important role provides due-diligence and verification functions to support proper vetting of potential customers. What You Will Do: Perform various verification related tasks to ensure authenticity of information submitted by potential clients. Validate potential clients’ needs against permitted use cases of our solutions and data. Use third party resources to conduct deep due-diligence on business entities and company principals. Create and maintain reports for management. Other duties as assigned. What You Bring: 2+ years in a credentialing, customer service, or administrative role. Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail. Comfortable with regular re-prioritization. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills both internally and with potential clients. Ability to work as a team player. Proficient in Microsoft Office solutions (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus. Applicants must have permanent work authorization in the U.S.; we are not sponsoring visas for this role.
