Korzen Health has a partnership with the largest Wound Care organization in the United States. To support this partnership we are seeking a Credentialing Specialist to our remote team! This is a contract job that may move into a full-time role; 100% remote work from home opportunity. We are flexible on the hours, as some of our team members start earlier in the day. This will be a set 40 hour work week.-

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete credentialing applications through various methods within the Hospital systems that we work with. This includes coordinating credentialing and re-credentialing processes, validating provider data, and ensuring documentation meets payor, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
  • Manage multiple applications at once and working efficiently to meet or exceed deadlines with our Hospital Partners. The role requires proficiency in credentialing platforms, data tracking systems, and cross-functional workflows to support contract execution, maintain active network status, and prevent service disruptions due to credentialing gaps.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for pharmacy licenses, insurance, accreditations, and provider credentials required by payors within credentialing resource tool.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with payor credentialing departments to resolve application issues, resolve delays, and ensure timely approvals

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills + extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Associates or a Bachelor’s Degree
