Description TITLE: Credit Administration Intern DEPARTMENT: Credit Administration JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our dynamic team for the 2026 summer season. This internship offers hands-on experience in credit risk assessment, loan documentation, and general credit operations within a dynamic financial services environment. As a Credit Administration Intern, you will support the team in a variety of administrative, analytical, and reporting tasks related to the management of commercial credit portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn from experienced professionals in the field. Perks of the Program: · Opportunity to network with current employees and the senior management of QCBT · Exposure to the fundamentals of credit risk management and financial analysis · Guidance and feedback from experienced credit professionals KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Assist in reviewing, organizing, and maintaining credit files and loan documentation. · Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies. · Help with gathering and organizing data for credit analysis, including financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information. · Assist in the preparation of credit proposals or reports for senior staff · Support in updating and maintain the credit management system with accurate information. · Assist in generating periodic reports on the credit portfolio for internal review. · Provide general administrative assistance to the credit administration team as needed. · Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and learning from experienced professionals in the credit field. QUALIFICATIONS: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (junior or senior year preferred). Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong desire to learn and develop professionally within the financial services industry WORKING CONDITIONS: · Duties are performed in a professional office environment. SALARY & BENEFITS: The anticipated starting hourly wage for this position is $17.00 per hour. The actual wage will be based on qualifications and business needs and may vary, as permitted by applicable state law.
